TMS320F28386D: Error while trying to import a project from C2000Ware 4_00_00_00

Hello,

I retrieve the latest version from C2000Ware and unzipped it on my computer.

However, when I am trying to import a project from it I received an error related to a missing compiler version:

However, I don't understand because I do have the compiler installed on my computer as I have Code composer studio 11.0.0.00012 and the compiler is there:

If it's of any use, I have both CCS V9 and CCS V11 installed on my computer.

What is going on ?

Btw if it's of any use be aware that your copyright and disclaimer are missing in the 4_00_00_00 version in all files.
