The control ISR and estimator frequency must be less than 25kHz to insure ISR completes and leaves time for background tasks. The PWM can be set to 1~15 times of the control ISR frequency, but the number is recommended to be less than 4 to improve the current control response, so the maximum PWM frequency is better to be less than 100kHz, it is also dependent on the FET and gate driver of the inverter.
Thank you. In addition, the problem of over-current in the process of parameter identification was solved by increasing the PWM frequency. However, when the PWM frequency of 28069f reaches 19K, the interrupt load rate has reached 95%. Thank you again!
you have to change the ISR_TICK so that the control loop runs at a slower rate than the PWM. For example run the PWM at 45 KHz for a low inductance motor, use an ISR_TICK of (3) for the current controller to run at 15 KHz
