Hello sir,

I am using LUNCHXL F28027F + DRV8305 for controlling BLDC Motor. Speed of motor varies from 900 to 8000. But motor doesn't stop immediately. Is there any brake pin to stop motor instantaneously.

Please take a look at the InstaSPIN lab guide (instaspin_labs.pdf) in the folder of motorWare, follow the operations to run the related labs. You must run lab02b/c to identify the motor parameters first for the following labs.

There is no an brake pin to stop motor instantaneously. You may take a look at the link below about braking the motor.
