C2000-GANG: c2000-gang programmer error

Part Number: C2000-GANG

We are trying to load code with C2000-Gang Programmer to our driver board with TI processor.

The site where we downloaded the GUI: C2000-GANG Hardware programming tool | TI.com

We have done the following steps to obtain the source code with Intel hex extension via CCS.

Then we select the source code with .hex extension in the GUI. After adding the Source Code to the GUI, when we try to do anything (such as GO, Erase), the program closes without any error codes.

After encountering this situation, we tried to install with a different extension.

This time, when we select the source code with .txt extension in the GUI, we get the attached warning and we see the ERROR 354 error code.
It also appears that the code size is 0.

Can you help with this issue?
