TMS320F280023: this part number is not listed in target selection filed while creating new project

Part Number: TMS320F280023

Dear Sir/ mam,

I would like to work with TMS320F280023, while creating new project i have problem that this(TMS320F280023) controller is not listed in the target selection how can i get it?

1. tried for checking updates also but there are no new updates any.

2. tried reinstalling CCS by selecting all devices support .

3. while importing examples got following error

4. In CCS app center C2000 is showing UP to date

Which version of CCS are you using?

Looking at some sample CCS installations can see a ccs/ccs_base/common/targetdb/devices/f280023.xml file in CCS versions 9.3 to 11.1, but can't see that file in any earlier CCS versions.

Therefore, think support for the TMS320F280023 was added in CCS 9.3

Hi,

Let us know which CCS version and C2000 CCS Device Support Package that are you using?

Support for TMS320F280023 was added in ti_c2000support_setup_6.2.0.0 version of C2000 CCS Device support package.

Thank you for suggestion, previously i was using CCS V8.3 in which TMS320F280023 was not listed now in latest version CCS11 i got it.
