TMS320F280045: Can I use A2/B6/PGA1_OF pin as a discrete output port?

Can you clarify what you mean by "discrete output port"?

I mean a single bit 0/1 output.  I'm pretty sure it is possible to program some of those analog input ports as 0/1 "input" ports.  My hardware guys have created a board where they want to use those lines as "outputs".  I'm new to software on this processor.

Unfortunately no. There is no digital output capability on the analog pins for this device.
