Open-loop test is performed as required and the data is as follows which is different from the manual given:

The customer would like to know what's the possible reason for that. Could you help check this case? Thanks.

    The open-loop test is performed as follows: as per the manual, the input is HV=120Vrms L-N,60HZ,Vbus=320V, and the output value is 270V, as measured by CCS. However, the three-phase voltage monitoring is good, with three-phase current being half of the manual.

    At the above step, when HV = 120Vrms L-N,60HZ, it was found that CCS had only acquired a Vbus of 270v, three phase AC current Irms = 0.46 which is inconsistent from the manual given(Vbus = 320V, Irms=0.92).

    Sorry for the late reply. Are they using the same load as shown in the user guide? The current value can be different if they are not using 700~800Ω. 

    For the output voltage, have they verified the real output voltage value(not the one in CCS)? Is it 270V?
