Hi,

Customer is evaluating F280049 Q100 for auto DC/DC. They are asking if internal oscillator can be used.

LLC, 200KHz PWM frequency, HRPWM will be used.

Is there any successful story?

Hi Jordan,

I am still following up with HRPWM owner on possible impact with using INTOSC. I will let you know once I get feedback.

One thing we are aware of is the affect to CAN peripheral when using INTOSC. Please make sure customer is aware of this and it is acceptable. Thanks.

Do we have any solution to calebrate the INTOSC?

Do we have any more detailed info for customer to evaluate?

Jordan,

I will let our expert on INTOSC answer the question on details.

Regarding HRPWM, since it is based on delay line, and is not related to clock, it will not be affected by INTOSC drift.
