My customer can not post on forum.I help him ask a question.

"I design speed control of pmsm using dsp tms 320 f28027 controller usind matlab simulink file,now i deploy to f28027.that will shows generate the "failled generate all binary outputs"

It looks like the error is related to the .ebss section not able to fit into the memory block assigned to it. Are they able to edit the c28027.cmd file to give .ebss more room? If they can take a look at the page below, it has some helpful advice on how to edit linker command files when a section doesn't fit into memory.

The error says "alignment/blocking fails for section ".ebss" size 0x19a7", but this device only has 6k words of RAM total (see in the linker command file that PRAML0 + RAMM0M1 = 0x17fe). Simulink is generating code that has more global variables than the device can hold. Are they able to simplify or optimize their project to shrink this down?

If they need help, they may need to contact MathWorks support.

There are no changes to the linker command file that I can make to get the code to fit. The application is larger than what the device can hold, so it needs to be simplified and optimized until it fits.

Let me see if we can contact MathWorks support to see if they have some ideas.

We did e-mail our contact at MathWorks to ask for their feedback. I'll ping them again if we don't hear from them early next week. Your customer could also try reaching out directly to MathWorks as well if they can.
