i have two system which includes MCU, they have had their PWM outputs. So my question is that how can i make syncronization of these two systems PWM outputs?

BTW these 2 MCU are not on same board.
You have to use the EPWM EXTSYNCOUT and EXTSYNCIN to synchronize across different devices.
If the signal has to travel long distances, you have to protect this signal from external noise in your board design.
Yes on that package the pin is not available. So we need an alternate way to create the chain.
Do you have a part number with the CLB? Do you have the 377S or the 379S?
I see in your question you used 377S, is that the device part number you own?
We can pull the signal out with the CLB but 377S doesnt have it.
If no CLB, the only other solution I can think of is using an EPWM module to GENERATE a short pulse on CTR=0 then send that out to the GPIO and use it on the other device as EXTSYNCIN.
