Could you please point out the section in the TRM (or the boot-ROM source code) where you found this? i.e. the part where boot-ROM clears the RESC.WDRSn bit..

I think that I have made a mistake in thinking. RAM and register are different.

It only says here that RAMs are initialized.

In section 3.3.3 "Power-On Reset" [TRM - SPRUHM8I]  it only says that the two bits RESC.POR and RESC.XRSn are cleared by BOOTROOM. Which means that all other bits of RESC registers are not changed by BOOTROOM. And from the RESC.WDRSn bit, I can know whether Watchdog is the cause of the reset or not. Is it correct?

I have an additional question regarding the reset.

Can you explain me the two bits framed in red in more detail? I have not found in [TRM - SPRUHM8I] what an OVF NMI means. And the bit 18: "CPU1 to CPU2 branch", what does it mean. Is it also a reset cause?

HIBRESET and HWBISTRS are also cleared by the boot-ROM. Just wanted to pointed out.

    It is likely they are used for some internal test/diagnostics. Will let you know if I find more.
