Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:
When the EtherCAT feature uses runmode, a warning is reported if only one board is used and the op status is displayed but no communication is possible, as shown in the following figure:
However, runmode works fine when the same program is burned with two boards(Twincat3 does not write any program). The customer would like to know what's the possible reason for this.
Could you help check this case? Thanks.
