TIDM-02010: BUILD 3 - Motor not running with load

Hi

There are issues still in BUILD 3 AND build 4 of Compressor Motor

1. BUILD 3 - NO Load motor running fine . Tested upto 3000rpm

2. BUILD 3 - WIth Load - Motor running upto 28Hz (speed), upfront 30Hz the motor stops. There is no fault. The shaft is not rotating but there is some vibration inside the motor. 

3. BUILD 4 - MOTOR running with CRANKY noise, This issue is not getting resolved. 

Pls revert with a possible solution asap
