TMS320F280021: Sys config For TMS320F280021

Hi, I tried to find out the Sys config for TMS320F280021 didn't saw any sys config in any of the projects in Resource Explorer.

So, my question here is whether sys config  is supported for TMS320F280021 controller or not?
