TMS320F28027F: Random failures on BLDC, autocorrects itself later

Part Number: TMS320F28027F

Hello,

We have an existing BLDC stirrer product in production for 2 years and the slave microprocessor is TMS320F28027F and motor driver is DRV8305NPHP. Master processor is MSP430IRGZ5969. The said problem is when the unit is programmed and made to run, it shuts itself off and does not run even at no load(Free air). The same unit randomly autocorrects itself and runs later if you erase the memory and scan the motor parameter again(We use instapin foc lab 3a). It appears very random and on and off. I would be inclined to ask if this is a recurring Ti software/IC hardware issue (and if anyone else is facing the similar issues) because we have ruled out every other possibility at our end.
