TMS320F280045: SPIA_STE pin used for GPIO

Part Number: TMS320F280045
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSCONFIG, TMDSCNCD280049C, TMDSHSECDOCK

Dear Sirs

I'm using the F280045_56RSH for an embedded sensor application.  The SPIA is configured as a master.  Due to routing restrictions, I've used the two SPIA_STE pins, GPIO5 (pin 55) and GPIO11 (pin 28), for other signals.  As I understood from the TMS320F28004x technical reference, this was OK to do, give that any GPIO could be used for a SPI master chip select.  In that belief, I've made GPIO33 (pin 29) SPIA's chip select.  In the .syscfg GUI, I've set the SPIA_STE selection to Any.  This results in a conflict.  Please see images below.

Schematic of F280045_56RSH signal assignments.  This PCB has already been made.  In addition, due to the errors, I'm unable to save the configuration, including the devise selection, and the board.c, board.h and pinmux.csv files are not generated.  This PCB is only a prototype but I would prefer not to do any cut and paste.  Do you have a solution?  Thank you for your time.
