C2000-GANG: Fault consultation

We received it this morning and tried , the software writer worked well, but afternoon , we tried it again ,the software writer didn't display well ( screen flicker and flicker ), USB also no connection.

    I'll inform Elpro to take a look at this post.  They will need to evaluate as well.  Have you tried a different USB port and/or different PC host?  From the flicker it seems the Elpro GANG is not getting enough current, but that is just a guess.

    Please also try the following to eliminate the power supply as the issue.

    1)Don't use the external power supply, but connect the USB directly to your PC and see if that resolves the issue

    2)Try a different DC 9V power supply to see if that corrects things.

    1. Using voltmeter to test the assorted power supply , it showed 9V , so eliminated power supply problem .
    2. Using  the same computer ,connected to other  software writer displaying well , connected to TI software writer ,no display , so eliminated USB  and computer problems

    Was the GANG2000 purchased on TI.com?  I would like to start an RMA process to get a replacement as well as the defective pod back to us/Elpro for analysis.
