TIDM-02008 use MCU TMS320F28004x. We will add ISO1050 IC as communication of master controller module. Below diagram.

How to config these pins of C2000 ?

If it can’t have the function of CAN, could you provide the replace of MCU?

Yes. Almost all C2000 MCUs have at least one CAN module.

I presume you are asking about the past number. The part number varies depending on the featured peripherals. Please refer to the device datasheet.

All F28004x MCUs have on-chip CAN module.
