TMS320F28375S: eval kit with any delfino single core on it

Hello, no, there isn't. Only the superset device of the '37xD family (dual core) is used on the EVM kits.

You can use the dual core development kit and only use a limited set of internal resources (that matches 375S). This is what we did during development.
