Hi,

We wanted to implement TIDM-02000 design with TMS320F28069 MCU. My question is which parts of the "PCMC_PSFB_F28004x" project should be changed so that we can use F28069 with the same CCS project?

Hi Cemil,

I think f28069 does not have some new features that is used in f28004x based solution. One of them is the T1 T2 event in the action qualifier.

So this means "PCMC_PSFB_F28004x" cannot be used for our project, or it needs more modification than I thought?

HI Cemil,

Are you open to evaluate some of our new devices such as f28003x and f28002x? Those are low cost device that can also support PCMC PSFB. Or you can only use f28069 in your current project?

Hi Chen,

Actually, we finished our board design with F28069 and PCB production has been started. At the beginning of component selection, too many C2000 MCU's had low or no stock, therefore we selected F28069.

Hi Chen,

There is also another project named HVPSFB_PCMC which is from 2011 and it is for F2802x devices I think.

Which one is more suitable for F28069 based PCMC PSFB? What do you think?

Hi Cemil,

I was trying to suggest also to take a look at the HVPSFB_PCMC if you are using f28069.

Below thread is an an example that customer uses HVPSFB_PCMC as the reference.

I think HVPSFB_PCMC is more suitable for you.
