The BSDL files are freely available here: https://www.ti.com/product/TMS320F28035#design-tools-simulation
Hi Luke,
What kind of support does your customer need? Kier has linked to a place where the customer could find the BSDL files, but that may not be enough for their purposes. There is also device specific information about boundary scanning in the Technical Reference Manual. There is general information about boundary scan requirements in the IEEE 1149.1 materials. Please let me know if there is any more specific information that I can help you find.

Ben,
My customer would like to use MCU to unlock, erase, program and verify F28035 devices via JTAG port, like the functions of standalone programmer.
So he is looking for JTAG command/timing information, where can my customer get enough information please?
Regards,
Luke
Luke,
We have a mySecureSoftware release for this content, that is provided to customers after they sign an NDA with TI. You can email me, and we can pick this up from there.
Thanks,
Sira
