Dear Yanming Luo:I have just noticed that there is a discussion in the forum that braking can be achieved by opening and closing the upper and lower sides. If the motor inductance is large, it will generate current spikes, which may damage IGBT. Do you need to consider this situation? If necessary, does TI have a solution?
