TMS320F28069: Problems With BOOST Circuit System Optimization Using 28069 and SFRA

Part Number: TMS320F28069
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: POWERSUITE, SFRA

Hi Team,

Now I am working on an asynchronous boost circuit with 28069 as the core. The software is transplanted with the powerSUITE 2 Phase Interleaved PFC Kit on the official website. The problem I encounter now is that, although BUILD1, 2, 3 current loops and voltage loops can form closed loops, the dynamic response of the output voltage as the load changes is not good. I want to use SFRA to optimize the system. The GUI can be connected, but after scanning, there is always only the phase-frequency graph, and no data can be scanned on the amplitude-frequency graph, and the phase-frequency graph curve is not correct. Could you please analyze these problems for me? Thank you very much!

Kind regards,

Katherine

  • Katherine,

It looks like the signal inject / collect is not setup correctly, and the SFRA code is not getting the proper signal with the injected information to get frequency response. Can you please check your code / probe on the control PWM to make sure the small signal sweep is successfully injected during test. Thanks.
