TMS320F28375D: Not able to program 0x96550B5A value to boot control bit in DCSMOTP region

                I presume you are attempting to program with your own custom programmer (designed by you) and not using the built-in flash programmer of CCS or the standalone utility Uni Flash, is this correct?

Yes we are using our own programmer for programming the device. We followed the method which was used in the source code.

I presume you are writing to the Z1-BOOTCTRL location in the OTP at address 0x7801E and that you do not face an issue if you use a TI-supplied programming tool such as the CCS flash-plugin or Uniflash but only see an issue when your custom tool is used. Is this correct?

I have attached a image above which shows the data pattern in which on the right side you can see one the right side which was our old data pattern we used for production where we were able to do EPV one the left side we included Z!-BOOTCTRL location of the OTP at address 0x7801E and after that it is failing EPV. I will also include that image in this reply

We have not tried with TI programmer I will ask our customer to try that

We are using custom bootloader to assign some pins to program the device. The error occurs after programming 0x96550B5A data to Z1 boot control register after we send this data we poll for ready busy pin and while polling for this it never returns to 0 I tried by increasing the delay. The polling process is attached below

Yes by using that tool they are able to program 

We are polling on rdy busy pin to turn low in this case that is E4 pin as per our boot control code

Thank you for confirming that they are able to program using TI's CCS flash plugin and UniFlash.

Regarding the rdy busy pin: Is it toggled based on the status from Fapi_checkFsmForReady()?

No it is not toggled by us the device makes it low when it is ready to take next byte. It is not done via our code it is automatically pulls low if it processes the sent byte properly. I saw that DCSM OTP register needs to be unlocked before writing any value key is 5A what happens if we write wrong value will it cause the issue which I am facing?? And one more thing if I program OTP section once and I need to program it again to turn FF into some value as per datasheet it says you can turn 1 into 0 but not 0 into 1 in OTP region so while trying some things out if I mess up can I reprogram it again where it has FF to change into some other value??

We are programming with a page size of 8 the boot control bit will come at the last of page 2 and after that when we program page 3 it fails there after that the device will not make the ready busy pin low
