C2000-GANG: Burning failed of TMSF280020

Hi Team

Now my customer meet a problem that they cannot burn the program successfully. Their C2000-GANG hardware version is 1.05. And the software version is released on 2022.10.7. The program can be loaded into the writer but cannot be burned successfully. I would like to know if any comments for this issue?

Hi Nanxiao Zhang,

1) How are the boot mode pins configured? Hope they are not configured for flash boot.

2) Were they able to connect/program it successfully at least once?

3) Did they program passwords on this device?

Hi Vamsi

Now my customer has solved the problem. They add 2 pull-up resistance to pin 13,14 and now it can work smoothly. And this two resistance they clarify that its no need in C2000-GANG 1.04 version.
