Hello Poonam,

The counter decrements once every (TPR[TDDRH:TDDR] + 1) SYSCLK cycles. If there is no divider applied to the timer, 1 timer tick is 1 SYSCLK tick, so whatever the frequency of your device is configured for will be the same for the timer.

how to calculated if we are applying divider and i need for timer isr when it will genereted tick

The equation I provided is for if you are applying a divider, the value is from the TDDR and TDDRH in the TPR high/low registers. The equation should be self-explanatory from there.
