LAUNCHXL-F280025C: Error -2131 @ 0x0

Hi,

I purchased new launchpads of F280025C and tried to debug the control suite HRPWM example on launchpad. I am facing below error:

IcePick_C_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -2131 @ 0x0) Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.2.0.00002).

 I verified the JTAG connection of launchpad and attached the report of it. Kindly go through the JTAG test connection report and suggest me a solution to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.
