The connections all look correct, but you are approaching the distance limit for non-buffered JTAG connection, so it is possible that the JTAG connection will not be robust at high speeds depending on how the traces are routed. I would expect that your JTAG connection would be fine at some speeds, but you may not be able to run the JTAG clock at max speed. I went over the link you provided and updated JTAG circuit for buffered one, so that it can work for high speed connection. Can you please verify updated JTAG circuit for buffered connection, I will appreciate it.

Hi Sid,

I do not see a buffer in the schematic that you sent, but the connections and signal terminations all look good. Again, a buffer may not be necessary, so this looks good.
