Are you trying latest C2000Ware example from 4.03.00.00 ? This version requires CCS 12.2.0, and it will install compiler version 22.6.0_LTS

Thanks for posting.

I do not want to switch compilers as everyone else is using 21.6. I would rather know why CCS is telling me my project was built with 22.6 when it is not even installed on my PC. Is there a way to fix this?

Is this your current project or you are trying to import a new project from C2000Ware SDK 4.03.00.00?

If this is your existing project, can you go to project Build Setting and see that is the compiler version selected?

I am not sure how the project setting can get changed without touching it. Are all the projects in same workspace?
