Hi Team,

Here're two issues from the customer need your help:

1. In the program given by TI, is the meaning of each variable provided?

2. Can the resistance value of the third loop be modified in the program?

Hi Yale,

1. I don't think we provide it for each variable. However, usually the name itself roughly indicates the meaning. Pls refer to the user guide for more info (the software flowchart)

2. which resistor are you referring to ?

Thanks for your reply.

When the load of the current loop is 200 ohms, no matter what the reference value is, the output voltage cannot be stabilized to 400V. Is it because of program settings? Or can the load not be so low?

Hi Yale,

There should not be any issue related to load conditions if ADC sensing and control loop is normal.

What build do they start to see this issue? build 2?

Have they changed our TIDM-1000 code?
