TMS320F280025C: failed to open .syscfg file

• Is this on Windows or Linux host machine?
• Which example you are importing?
• C2000Ware SDK version?

Can you please try to import any project from C2000Ware SDK (not Digital Power SDK)?

I want to check if this example works for you or not.

add: CSS is installed with CCS12.2.0.00009_win64.zip

 I tried this example and it works well without syscfg.

when I click c2000.syscfg, The CCS is stuck as below:

I just opened it and it seems to work fine here. Can you close the CCS and then restart with following command to clean the cache.

C:\ti\ccs1220\ccs\eclipse>ccstudio.exe -clean

my computer is offline and cannot be connected to internet. is it the reason for the problem?

Internet connectivity should not matter.

I tried on MacBook and also on Linux It seems to work on both machine. What is your setup?

Can you open the project setting and check the SysConfig basic options. Does it show anything like this?

add: I found one important thing：CCS view Resource Explorer offline can not be open, the problem is as same as SysConfig;

I tried on MacOS and Linux with same version of C2000Ware and CCS version and I am able to open it. Let me try on WinOS.

Can you please confirm which example from C2000Ware you are trying?

Today I reinstalled the computer windows and the CCS,  then everything is normal and works well.

Thank you for your attention for so many days to my problems. Maybe you are right so i think this problem solved.
