The PWM output frequency cannot go as high as 20MHz. You will need an external source to provide the 20MHz signal.

Thank you Marlyn, 280039C can not go as high 20MHz? In the 280039C  Control CARD I use EPWM7 Output a PWM as 20MHz，But not 50 duty cycle! can I use HRPWM modify it?
