TMS320F280037: TI 280049, how do you configure SysConfig to use XTAL with specific frequency?

For items 1 & 2, you can use clock tree tool available in Sysconfig. Download latest CCS12 to get access to clocktree tool in sysconfig.You can configure PLL and change the input XTAL frequency from ClockTree tool itself. You can zoom-in and click on XTAL to change the frequency in dialog box shown below.

For item 3, consult datasheet section 6.12.3.4 on the XTAL Oscillator section.  There is a good discussion in the selection of crystal.  Ensure that the crystal  chosen matches the parameter ranges of load and shunt capacitance as well as ESR under section 6.12.3.4.7

I cannot see the Sysconfig clock tree icon, only the other 2. See image. How do I enable it?
