TMDSCNCD28035ISO: Where can i buy the socket connector for this DIMM100 controlCARD based evaluation

Hello all,

I am designing a single-phase inverter based on the SOLAR_HV_DC_AC that will use the TMDSCNCD28035ISO as the control board but the problem is I couldn't find the DIMM100-1D27 connector in any of the major distributors and if it exists it is obsolete.

I don't wanna base my design on an obsolete component.

Could you tell me where I can buy this connector (DIMM100-1D27)?

Hello Younes,

Looking at this previous thread, it looks like these boards may still use this type of connection, even if it has limited availability. I will include another expert to see if they can elaborate further.

I said it then and I would reiterate it here, we plan to continue to build these DIMM 100-based controlCARDs. I have no control over what suppliers will continue to manufacture the DIMM 100 connectors. TI does not plan to manufacture these connectors, but we do intend to continue to manufacture and support technical questions related to our controlCARDs based on the DIMM100 connector.

The situation is as it stood then, the connectors are no longer manufactured, but can occasionally be found in the market.
