TMS320F28021: errorCode: "ERR-TICOM-ORDER-API-0009"

Hello,

For several days, it has been impossible for me to place an order on several references. I receive status 422 with the following error code:

errorCode: "ERR-TICOM-ORDER-API-0009"
reason: "Invalid Apruve payment Id"
message: "Check your Apruve Account information in checkout profile and resubmit your request. For additional information refer to api-portal.ti.com/order-api-payment"

However, my approve account seems ok.

Can you please help me to solve this problem.

We were notified Apruve did have some issues yesterday in their system, please try today to see if it is accpeted, in addition it is been shared that if the currency of your checkout profile does not match the currency in your apruve account currency - this same error issue has been seen. Please review the currency in both profiles and if different please match them - let us know if this resolves the issue.
