LAUNCHXL-F280025C: HALL FOC with DRV8353EVM - Overcurrent Fault

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-F280025C
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8353, LVBLDCMTR

Team,

I am working with F280025C launchpad and DRV8353 EVM as given in the user guide with TI provided motor and trying for Hall sensored FOC.

At all the build levels, I am observing that Overcurrent fault bit sets up. I have tried changing the settings for setting higher current limits as well but with no success. I do get one jerk after setting (flagEnableRunAndIdentify) flag to 1 on motor shaft (probably Align state) before fault kicks in and it turns off.

I tried it with FAST - it works smoothly (That also takes away my doubts over hardware setup). Also - all the hall signals are available as expected on J13 and S5-Q2 is set at J13 side.

Any suggestions to avoid this Module overcurrent ? its been a showstopper right now.
