Dear e2e team,

I have few questions regarding the Functional Safety certifications for the TMS320F280025C:

Functional Safety Software Development Process (szzq188b.pdf (ti.com)). Which is the scope of this certificate? Which libraries and products are covered? Which SIL level is achieved for systematic capability?
Libraries certified according to 60730 (IEC60730SWPACKAGES Driver or library | TI.com) but they are not apparently available for the TMS320f280025C - Why? Do we have any certified library (mainly FlashAPI and DriverLib)?
How can my customer use these libraries according to our certification (IEC 61508, SIL3 level)?

F280025C is not a functional safety certified device. It is QM. We do have a diagnostic library for it (in C2000Ware under libraries/diagnostic) that can aid in implementing checks required by safety standards, but again, it is not certified to any safety standard--nor is Driverlib or the Flash API.
