TIDM-HV-1PH-DCAC: Change to 800-V DC input, 110-V AC output

Hi team,

If the customer want to change to 800-V DC input, 110-V AC output, is it only required to change the tolerance values of capacitors, IGBTs, etc.? Or is it also required to add an additional DCDC buck to 380V in the circuit?

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

You can use the external buck option.

For the other option you will need to carefully look at the schematic and change components. Yes, capacitors, IGBTs, output inductor, input voltage sense resistors. I believe that's should be all. Also, check whether the bias supply uses the 440V DC bus as input. In that case you will need a new bias supply since that one probably can take only 400V input.
