Your voltage signal has lots of noise around zero crossing. Pls investigate why it is like that. You can check your PFC current loop with voltage loop open. This way you can make sure the current loop working fine before closing the output voltage (DC bus voltage) loop.

Also we have similar PFC design at ti.com. Pls see TIDM-1008 Totem Pole PFC. Read the userguide and see how you can step by step debug your h/w and s/w

Voltage signal is otherwise fine. It is only when the control is enabled. The problem is with the control code. I would request you to go through the code and suggest.

That is exactly what I am doing (Pls go through the code). The exp results pertain to that only.

Use the control code from our reference design. The PI controllers in our lib have been tested out for many applications. Pls use that instead of the PI control code you sent us. Your code is different and that could be the problem.

As I said, we provide reference PID code in our C2000Ware library and show the application of PID in our DP SDK. We have many customers who have been using these for many years. You need to use that PID code. We can debug any issue related to that code. But we do not debug code that we did not provide.

Is there a BTPFC specific code from TI.

I am sure that the problem is not with my PI controller and its design. I have used the same structure for different applications. 

Yes, we have totem pole PFC TIDM-1007, which is what you are trying to do. Pls see the code for this solution. It uses our PID that we also provided in the library.

How is zero crossing detection done in BTPFC control in TIDM 1007. 

From the line voltage sensing signal. All detailed in the design guide for tidm-1007. Pls read the doc.

I could not find anything regarding how zero crossing detection is implemented. There is mention of soft-start around zero crossing. That is not my question.

What I am asking is, is there any hysteresis employed to avoid chattering.
