TMS320F280039C: Are CMAC keys on OTP secured by DCSM?

Part Number: TMS320F280039C

Dear Champs,

I am asking this for our customer.

The user is studying our HW CMAC for secure boot.

They want to confirm, besides JTAGLOCK, can CMAC keys on OTP secured by DCSM passwords as well?

In 4.8.4 Secure Flash Boot of TRM, it says, "The CMAC calculation requires a user-defined 128-bit key programmed in the CPU User OTP Zone 1 Header OTP CMACKEY bit field."

That is, are DCSM Z1 OTP CMACKEY0/1/2/3 secured by DCSM Zone 1 passwords?

The hacker cannot see OTP keys by firmware update without DCSM Zone 1 passwords if JTAG is locked. Is it right?
