Does TI have a text file or database that describes all the TMS320F28379's pins (pin number, functions and etc)?

I already understand the datasheet has all the pin configuration information

I am currently reviewing someone's schematic and having a Pin Configuration text file/database would make the review easier/faster,

Hello,

Unfortunately the datasheet is the best resource for this, the next closest file that would have similar information is the pinmux.csv file from SysConfig. However, this CSV file does not have the functions/descriptions of each pin, just the pin number and associated peripherals connected to it.

You will need to download it from TI and use it with CCS or with the standalone version (download it here). Follow the directions listed here to add SysConfig support to an existing project.
