Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BOOSTXL-DRV8301, C2000WARE
Hello E2E community,
I have a setup consisting of a LAUNCHXL-F28069M and 2 BOOSTXL-DRV8301, allowing me to control two motors simultaneously. Now, I want to extend my setup to control four motors at the same time. My understanding is that I might need 2 LAUNCHXL-F28069M and 4 BOOSTXL-DRV8301. Am I correct in this assumption?
I am aware that an alternative approach would be to use a single board (LAUNCHXL-F28069M) with 4 Electronic Speed Controllers (ESCs), but I prefer the configuration with 2 boards and 4 drivers. My main question is, if I opt for the dual-board setup, how can I effectively control both boards simultaneously?
Any guidance or insights into configuring and synchronizing two LAUNCHXL-F28069M boards with 4 BOOSTXL-DRV8301 drivers for simultaneous motor control would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
