Part Number: LAUNCHXL-F2800157

Hey,

I am trying to flash F2800157 launchpad with external XDS110 Debug probe, removed the jumpers between onboard XDS110 Debugger and F2800157 Microcontroller and I have connected JTAG pins from external XDS110 Debugger, but facing errors like target is not connected.

Could you show me with picture/diagram how you have connected the signals from external XDS110 to the LaunchPad debug headers?

Hi Premkumar,

That picture is from our datasheet. Picture shows JTAG but your .ccxml is configured as cJTAG. Which is your intended usecase?

FYI LAUNCHXL-F2800157 supports only cJTAG by default. You will need to solder some 0 ohm resistors to enable the JTAG support
