Hi,

I do not think that we document a maximum frequency for TCK, but it is usually constrained by the JTAG debug probe. Which JTAG debug probe are you using?

It does not use existing JTAG probes.
I would like to control the CPU using JTAG, but I would like to know the maximum cycle information in this case.
Please consider disclosing information.

Hi,

I think 20MHz would be about the maximum JTAG TCK frequency. We would have to do characterization to confirm anything higher than this, which we will not be able to do.
