Nice to talk with you. F280023C is under evaluation on customer side. Could you share the internal reference accuracy and temp drift spec with customer? So they can evaluate the ADC spec themselves. Thanks.

The accuracy and temperature drift of the internal reference is lumped into the gain error:

Hi Songzhen,

The accuracy and temperature drift of the internal reference is lumped into the gain error:

It is ~1% across temperature (45 LSBs/4095 LSBs). Worse case is at extreme hot/cold temperatures.
