Hello Holger,
The voltage tolerance is the gain error spec described above. 45LSB corresponds to 1% of full scale range.
For temperature coefficient, we don't publish this information in the data sheet. However, it is possible for the gain error to vary across the entire specified range of ±45LSB over the operating temperature range of the device. A unit may have a low gain error at room temperature but a higher error at -40C.
For customers who desire lower reference variability than what the data sheet specifies for the internal reference, we recommend using an external voltage reference.
