TMDSDOCKH52C1: Cannot communicate with F28M35H52C1 controlCARD via Docking Station

Hello TI Community,

This regards using the TMDSDOCKH52C1 in a Windows environment. 

What does work:

  1. The PC communicates with the F28M35H52C1 controlCARD via J20 (ISO JTAG) after applying power at J2 (USB).
  2. The XDS100v2 appears in Device Manager as it should.
  3. Proper communication verified with healthy Target Configuration test in CCS.

What does NOT work:

  1. The PC cannot communicates with the F28M35H52C1 controlCARD via DIMM-100 on the Docking Station USB-EMU [R3].
    1. R40-R46 of the F28M35H52C1 controlCARD already accounted for.
    2. Attempted power application with SW1 on Docking Station and with & without J2 (USB) on controlCard.
  2. The XDS100v2 appears in Device Manager as it should.
  3. Proper communication fails Target Configuration test in CCS.

Using a different Docking Station did not help and continuity tested good between the J2 header on the Docking Station and the F28M35H52C1 pins on the controlCard.

Is there some other setting that I need to account for or somehow isolated the U15 of the controlCard?
