May I have question about JTAG boundary scan?

Question 1 :

When boundary scaning only on GPIOs, can the scan be operate without setting of pins that are not used?

Question 2 :

Boundary scan will be work if CPU does not supplyed clock?

Question 3 :

If there is unused peripheral, Boundary scan will be work whenever not set (registers be default) these peripherals?

Hi GR,

1. I do not think you can skip any pins.

2. The device will use internal clock if there is no external supplied clock.

3. Boundary scan will still work even if pins are left with default settings.
