TMS320F280049C: Microcontroller selection support for the DC-DC converter application using phase shift full bridge converter topology.

We are designing the DC-DC converter using phase shift full bridge converter topology. Need to know the following information for the below parts

Selected Controller parts are,

1.)  TMS320F280049C

2.) TMS320F28P65x

3.) TMS320F280039 

For the above controller need to know that whether it can meet the below specifications

1.)  Need confirmation that the above controller part shall be used for the phase shift full bridge converter topology.

2.) Need confirmation that above controller shall support CAN 2.0B protocol as per ISO 11898 -1, ISO 11898 -2 standard and data byte transmission is big endian order(Motorla type).

Also suggest the microcontroller part for the DC-DC converter application using phase shift full bridge converter topology

Below requirement for the Microcontroller for the DC-DC converter application

Supply Voltage: 3.3 V or 5V range.
ADC Channels required: 7.
GPIO Required :11 (GPI: 8, GPO: 3)
CAN Required: 1 Channel (data rate 500kbps, CAN 2.0B protocol support as per ISO 11898 -1 and ISO 11898 -2, Data byte transmission is big endian order)
UART Required: 1 Channel
PWM output: 6 (High resolution pusle width modulation, PWM frequency: 100KHz to 250 kHz, PWM output should support Phase shift full bridge converter topology)
Operating Temperature:  -20℃ to 60℃
Package preferred: 48-pin/64-pin package (BGA not preferred)
