Hello,
What is the difference between TMS320F28054PNS and TMS320F28054MPNQ?
Is it just the support for InstaSpin and RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Computing), or are there additional differences as well?
Thanks!

Although S and Q have the same temperature rating, Q is AEC Q100 automotive qualified. S & Q differ on the level of testing and the quality levels commitments. Q devices undergo more tests and quality controls. Other than this, S & Q devices are exactly identical.
About the 28054M device, see below note from datasheet:
"TMS320F2805xM devices are InstaSPIN-MOTION-enabled MCUs.However, InstaSPIN-MOTION is no longer recommended for new designs and will not have application support."
No RISC.
